About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Manager to lead our operations in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing vehicle activity and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the transport and order processing teams to achieve operational excellence.
  2. Recruit, assess, and develop drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and training.
  3. Monitor and report on departmental performance to meet KPIs.
  4. Implement company policies and drive cultural alignment within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Transport Manager CPC (or currently studying).
  2. Knowledge of road transport legislation and geographical expertise.
  3. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  4. Positive attitude with a professional approach.
  5. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
