About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in our Inverness services. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
