Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide educational support to staff, patients, and their families, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the organization's values and goals.

Requirements:

  • Registered midwife with a strong track record of experience, or newly qualified midwives due to qualify in the coming months.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including full and part-time hours, to meet the needs of the service.
