Product Support Engineer (MWM Focused)

Clarke Energy, a leading specialist in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a skilled Product Support Engineer to join our Service Department.

This dynamic role involves providing technical expertise, supporting field operations, and driving excellence in product performance.

As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our Service Department, attending customer sites, diagnosing product issues, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering clear, detailed engineering reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, gathering data and performing root cause analysis to ensure robust solutions.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for maintaining peak product performance.
  • Travel to sites across the UK and occasionally overseas, providing on-the-ground support when needed.
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification/Apprenticeship.
  • ~5+ years of field service or commissioning experience with MWM products.
  • Strong technical analysis and root cause analysis expertise.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Clean UK driving license (category B).
  • Experience in technical support roles, report writing, and problem-solving.
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
