We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits analyst team leader to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance or intermediary sector, preferably specializing in private healthcare and group risk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of three analysts, promoting best practices, and upholding quality standards. They will also assist in implementing process and system changes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and effectively communicate with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance or intermediary sector.
  • Health and Benefits experience (from a brokerage or insurer).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to think intuitively, assertively, and creatively.
