Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Wishaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Contract Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to our Contract Manager, including gathering driver availability, completing licence checks, and maintaining payroll records.
  • Maintain close working relationships with drivers and staff across each location, using available tools to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure all minimum standards associated with our booking and management process are maintained.
  • Support the Consultant with the onboarding process of our workers.
  • Manage and maintain all systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the Contract Manager in delivering 100% compliance audit rating for the sites aligned to the region.
  • Support the effective roll-out of new internal initiatives and projects.
  • Manage day-to-day worker issues, including pay, holiday, sickness, and attendance.
  • Ensure all personal objectives are met and escalate any operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with the client, flexible workers, and Pertemps management team.
  • Ensure all relevant payroll deadlines are met, managing the flow of information between the client and internal departments.
Key Skills:
  • Display an inquisitive approach to managing sites, identifying opportunities to improve process, recruitment, financial, and operational performance.
  • Evidence capability for making sound and confident decisions on behalf of the client and Pertemps.
  • Evidence a calm, encouraging, and enthusiastic character when managing complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
  • Meet and exceed all tasks and functions without management reminder.
