Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team at Business Computer Projects. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of prospects and maintaining accurate customer and prospect details within our central CRM systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect Development: Engage with prospective customers through various communication channels to create opportunities for our sales team to sell our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build ongoing relationships with key target accounts and maintain up-to-date records for existing customers on our databases and contact lists.
  • Lead Management: Manage sales leads from initial contact through to sales team acceptance or rejection.
  • Marketing Support: Support our marketing team in the management and distribution of sales collateral and assist with the preparation of events and exhibitions.
Additional Duties
  • CRM Maintenance: Help keep our CRM database up to date as required.
  • Event Support: Assist the marketing team with the preparation of events and exhibitions and attend as required.
