Senior Social Work Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Work Manager to join our team at NonStop Care. As a Senior Social Work Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of foster families in the Maidstone and Medway areas. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and supervision to foster carers
* Oversee a small caseload of 10-12 foster families
* Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the agency
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with experience in fostering or LAC teams
* Social Work Degree and driving license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
