Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker with Hybrid Working to join our team at NonStop Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a complex caseload in the Medway and Kent area, working mostly from home with occasional visits to our office in Maidstone.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a caseload of 10-12 foster carers
- Conduct regular visits to foster carers and placements
- Provide support and guidance to foster carers
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children looked after and foster carers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
