New Home Sales Consultant

Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a skilled New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Randstad Construction Property Engineering. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Proactively selling new homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
Negotiating and securing sales
Updating internal CRM systems

Requirements:

Experience in new homes sales with a residential developer
Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
