Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to third-party customers, ensuring their claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to third-party customers via phone and email
- Identify and implement commercial approaches to reduce hire and repair costs
- Build trusting relationships with third-party customers and provide a seamless claims experience
- Meet monthly targets and ensure delivery of agreed objectives
- Ensure all costs are kept to a minimum
- Monitor and escalate potential fraudulent claims in line with company procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to objection handle and demonstrate resilience
- Confident in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive and takes initiative to make decisions
- Committed to self-development and development of team members
