Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to third-party customers, ensuring their claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional service to third-party customers via phone and email
  • Identify and implement commercial approaches to reduce hire and repair costs
  • Build trusting relationships with third-party customers and provide a seamless claims experience
  • Meet monthly targets and ensure delivery of agreed objectives
  • Ensure all costs are kept to a minimum
  • Monitor and escalate potential fraudulent claims in line with company procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to objection handle and demonstrate resilience
