Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Enderby, UK. This full-time role involves working 4 days in-office and 1 day from home. As the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of high-quality and timely service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily communication with customers and establish meaningful relationships.
  • Monitor operational activities using the inform system.
  • Report non-compliance with agreed processes to customers and 3T Account Management.
  • Escalate and provide detailed information on customer complaints in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Efficiently manage the claim process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in logistics, supply chain, or transport industry.
  • Experience in customer service roles within logistics, supply chain, or similar fields.
  • Initiative and motivation: capable of working independently, taking initiative, and being self-motivated.
  • Adaptability: experienced in working in fast-paced environments with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: ability to form and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and customer service principles. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
