Office Management Coordinator

We are Remedy Education, a leading education provider in Southwark, and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting in managing the school office, including co-ordinating and supervising office staff, liaising with senior leaders, and providing administrative support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Office Management: Ensure the school office is well-organised and efficient, coordinating and supervising the work of office staff as necessary.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with senior leaders regarding work to be undertaken by the office and assist with monitoring the induction of new staff members.
- Student and Staff Administration: Organise the administration of new student admissions, assist with parental interviews and appeals, and maintain accurate records of absences and holiday entitlements for non-teaching staff.
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial management, including school journey accounts, banking of dinner monies, and processing purchase orders via our financial management software.
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location: Southwark, London.
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent.
