About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at Brockworth House, a purpose-built nursing home specialising in dementia care. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing nursing care plans, dispensing and administering medication, and acting as a clinical expert to advise and guide colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote quality person-centred care
  • Administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and organisational policies
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills to deliver best practice care
