About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at Brockworth House, a purpose-built nursing home specialising in dementia care. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing nursing care plans, dispensing and administering medication, and acting as a clinical expert to advise and guide colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and organisational policies, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care, ensuring that your own practice reflects current standards.
