About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at Brockworth House, a purpose-built nursing home specialising in dementia care. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing nursing care plans, dispensing and administering medication, and acting as a clinical expert to advise and guide colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote quality person-centred care
  • Ensure the safe and effective administration of medication, adhering to NMC guidelines and organisational policy
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to colleagues, promoting best practice and evidence-based care
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills, ensuring that practice reflects current standards and guidelines
