About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss Gunwharf Quays Outlet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and supporting our sales and stock operations during our busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in-store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Pack stock carefully for dispatch, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers.
