Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss Gunwharf Quays Outlet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and contributing to the success of our Christmas and Sales periods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in-store, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Pack stock carefully to send out to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers and colleagues.
- A passion for the Reiss product and a keen interest in style.
- A customer-first approach to work, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
