As a member of our retail team, you will be part of a dynamic and driven group of individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

Senior Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Gunwharf Quays. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Support the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inspire the team to ensure sales targets are continuously met, through effective communication and leadership.
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to sales team members, ensuring they deliver and complete tasks to the highest standard in a timely manner.
  • Assist the management team in leading the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store.

Requirements

  • A passion for premium or luxury product, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to see things through the customer's eyes.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Be a team player, with good written and verbal communication skills.
