About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at TK Maxx Portsmouth. As a Retail Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
