The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team in a permanent or fixed-term, full-time or part-time capacity. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer service experience, providing in-depth knowledge of the brand and products, and maintaining visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a tailored customer service experience

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
