Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in a fun, creative and supportive environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Welcome guests into our store, provide a brief store tour and invite them to explore the flavors by lifting lids and smelling the jars
    • Stay engaged with guests throughout their time in the store, answering product questions and making suggestions for use
    • Explain promotions and the benefits of our loyalty program
    • Efficiently use POS system to complete sales, process gift cards, returns, exchanges and phone orders
  • Store Maintenance
    • Replenish shelves and displays as needed and note low stock levels as per standard operating procedure
    • Strictly adhere to all Food Safety rules and regulations
    • Package product for display as needed and directed by store manager
    • Help maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily chores and cleaning
    • Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the store to help everything run smoothly from day to day
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
    • Help maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager
