Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including NIKE products, services, and culture
- Assist customers in finding the right products, answering questions, and resolving any issues
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Participate in visual merchandising, including building displays and maintaining store appearance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register and handling returns
- Support the sales team in training new employees and maintaining a high level of sales performance
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
