We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at REISS in Gunwharf Quays. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Support the opening and closing of the store
  • Inspire the team to ensure sales targets are continuously met
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to sales team members ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Assist the management team in leading the team to meet KPIs for the store
