We are currently undergoing an exciting core banking transformation, providing a great opportunity to influence and make your mark. As a Product Expert, you will become the resident expert on payments, including our new provider, direct debit schemes, new market developments, sanctions, and other pending regulations. You will document, share, and educate the rest of the business on progress, new developments, and impacts to Shawbrook and its customers and colleagues.

Collaborative Roadmap Planning: You will work closely with engineering, finance, risk, compliance, and operations teams to create a detailed product roadmap. This will involve fostering a collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are heard and valued, and translating that into a roadmap.

Exceptional User Experience: You will advocate for the user at every step of the process, ensuring the payments platform and processes are intuitive, engaging, and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and colleagues.

Performance and Impact Measurement: You will develop and build our vision and objectives and results. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or banking. They will be familiar with API-based payments providers and financial regulations relevant to payment processing. A proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products is essential, as is experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Miro, or similar.
