Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Payments product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
  • Lead the development of new payment products and features, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to design and implement scalable and efficient payment solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector, with a focus on payments or product management.
  • Deep understanding of payment rails, including SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, and TARGET2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
