Product Manager for Payment Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our payment solutions across the entire IRIS portfolio of products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the development of our payment solutions, working closely with technical resources and stakeholders to ensure the technical delivery meets the business need.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and driving a strategy of growth and roadmaps for customer-facing payment solutions.
  • Feeding into roadmaps of all products with payment processing capability.
  • Understanding the market and competitors and seeking out enhancements to give the payment solutions a competitive advantage.
  • Ensuring that the system is PCI compliant and that ongoing enhancements and updates are included in the roadmap to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experienced product manager with a background in online payment solutions.
  • Experience of working with product management, sales, channel marketing, corporate marketing, marketing communications, technical support, development, finance, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience of payment compliance and working with 3rd parties.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging with and putting the customer first.

This is a critical role responsible for managing and developing the payment solutions across the entire IRIS portfolio of products.

As an expert in creating clear and concise customer and outcome-focused requirements, you will be responsible for ensuring the product roadmaps align with our strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for translating the payment product vision into development deliverables and ensuring the key objectives and results are met.

This role requires a background in product management, including payment gateways, 3rd party relationship management, and PCI compliance experience.

The ability to collaborate within a wider product team to ensure payment solutions feed into the development roadmap is essential.
