Job Title: Product Manager - Payments Solutions

As a Product Manager - Payments Solutions at Goldman Sachs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payments products. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the payments product business strategy, understanding the risks associated with the product, and developing new products and commercializing them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the payments product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product requirements and success.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand client challenges and opportunities, and identify solutions to address them.
  • Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and program management teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
  • Engage with partner vendors to ensure they address product needs.
  • Leverage analytics and data to inform the product roadmap and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally with product management experience in an agile product development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead working group calls and training calls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize differing requirements.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of personal accountability and a commitment to excellence.
