**Job Description:**
The Thorn Baker Group is seeking a highly motivated Site Maintenance Assistant to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting trades on site and ensuring the workplace is safe and efficient.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and has a strong work ethic.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Candidates must have a valid CSCS card;
- Two commercial relevant references;
- A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
