We are currently seeking a skilled Hygiene Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

About the Role:
This is a permanent position working nights, with regular hours from 22:00pm to 06:00am, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the factory are cleaned to a high standard, adhering to strict health and safety protocols. You will also be responsible for handling chemicals safely and effectively, as well as maintaining equipment and machinery to prevent any potential health risks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean all areas of the factory in accordance with scheduled cleaning rotations
* Handle chemicals when cleaning different areas, following strict guidelines and protocols
* Ensure all equipment and machinery are cleaned to a high standard, using provided training and PPE
* Maintain daily hygiene control sheets, reporting any issues or discrepancies to management
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning operation
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment, with a focus on cleaning and maintenance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and navigate confined spaces
* Basic mathematical skills, with ability to calculate chemical concentrations and monitor water usage
