The salary for this position is approximately £47,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for driving PPM completion on weekends, ensuring site maintenance reliability, and contributing to our goal of reducing reactive maintenance.
- Complete maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver engineering excellence through effective problem-solving and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Proactively identify, solve, and report concerns around the site to drive improvement and support proactive working and traceability.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- CMMS knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical comprehension skills.
- Fault finding and problem-solving skills, including risk assessment and permit to work training.
- A full understanding of safe working practices and relevant legislation where applicable.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as good organisational skills and the ability to plan your work to suit business requirements.
