Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Equipment Technician Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a proven ability to lead teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of technicians to ensure seamless operation of plant equipment.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on complex plant equipment.
- Implementing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a proven ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £35,000-£38,000 (OTE £40,000-£45,000) plus overtime, training, progression opportunities, and a comprehensive pension plan is offered to the successful candidate.
