About Our Client
Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will work 3 days a week in the office.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for multiple companies, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Multiple Payrolls Management: Effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy across all payroll processes.
- Payment and Reconciliation: Oversee the timely and secure transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts, reconciling payroll data with bank statements and addressing any discrepancies.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate reports as required, including tracking employee leave balances and other relevant payroll information.
- Holiday Chart Management: Maintain accurate records of employee holiday entitlements and usage, updating and managing the holiday chart to ensure all holidays are properly recorded and accounted for.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration, specifically managing payroll for multiple companies.
- Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Knowledge of relevant payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
