Part Time Payroll Manager

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Part Time Payroll Manager to join our team in Hastings. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for multiple companies on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Multiple Payrolls: Utilize your experience in handling multiple payrolls simultaneously to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy across all payroll processes.
- Payment and Distribution: Oversee the timely and secure transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts, reconciling payroll data with bank statements and addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Payslip Management: Coordinate the printing and distribution of payslips to employees, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate reports as required, including tracking employee leave balances and other relevant payroll information.
- Holiday Management: Maintain accurate records of employee holiday entitlements and usage, updating and managing the holiday chart to ensure all holidays are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration, specifically managing payroll for multiple companies.
- Payroll Software: Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Payroll Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Salary: £26-30,000 FTE
