Job Title: Part Time Payroll Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Part Time Payroll Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Part Time Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll, managing multiple payrolls simultaneously, and ensuring timely and secure transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for multiple companies on a monthly basis, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Multiple Payrolls: Utilize your experience in handling multiple payrolls simultaneously to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy across all payroll processes.
- Payment to Bank: Oversee the timely and secure transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts, reconciling payroll data with bank statements and addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Payslip Distribution: Coordinate the printing and distribution of payslips to employees, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate reports as required.
