We are seeking a skilled and caring Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Swanstaff Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in our residential setting, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities and personal care for residents, as well as following care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, to promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting, washing, and grooming.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
- A minimum of 3 months' previous experience in a care or support role is essential, demonstrating your ability to provide quality care and support.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including block bookings, days, nights, and weekends, ensuring that you can adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- A competitive estimated salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
