As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- People business partnering support, advice, and guidance
- Talent acquisition, talent management, and career development
- Equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being
- Supporting and coaching to facilitate effective people and performance management
- Facilitating implementation of people strategy and managing projects
- Administration of employee lifecycle processes ranging from new starter process to leavers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified
- Strong generalist HR Business Partner experience, ideally in the legal sector
- Knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusiveness
- Experience of workforce and resource planning
