ESG Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Impact Manager to join our team and contribute to our Sustainability and ESG agenda.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for driving decarbonisation efforts, gathering and presenting data for annual and ad-hoc reporting, managing third parties and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with wellbeing, social mobility, citizenship and equity, and ED&I experts.
You will also establish rigorous processes and governance around data, improving confidence in reported data and contributing to our internal plans and sustainability mindset.
Requirements:- A passion for sustainable business practices.
- An understanding of the ESG regulatory and reporting landscape.
- The ability to interpret complex data and produce useful insights.
- A focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Experience using ESG data platforms and data tools to create and manage internal KPI dashboards.
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, along with opportunities for personal growth and career development through programmes, resources, and frameworks that provide clarity and structure.
