Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, who can lead by example and inspire their team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that stock levels are maintained and managed efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
