The role of an Assistant Governance Manager at KPMG UK is a challenging yet rewarding position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in governance. As a member of the Governance Function, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end meeting support to the Risk Executive and Audit Executive, as well as covering other Executive and Board Committees as needed. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of governance principles and practices, as well as experience in preparing meeting agendas, interpreting governance documents, and compiling and publishing committee papers. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

KPMG UK offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and health insurance. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
