Job Description

This Corporate Governance Specialist role involves working closely with senior leaders, including Executive leadership, Chairs, Chief Risk Officers, General Counsels, Board members, and Independent Non-Executives. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end meeting support for the Risk Executive and Audit Executive, as well as other Executive and Board Committees as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing meeting agendas for review by Committee Chairs
  • Interpreting governance documents to make recommendations on applicable governance principles
  • Drafting and coordinating sections for the Transparency Report
  • Compiling and publishing Executive and Committee papers using Microsoft Teams
