Role Overview: As a Regional Lead at the National Governance Association, you will play a critical role in developing our partnerships across the South West and West Midlands regions. You will be responsible for growing membership, promoting NGA's services, and providing intelligence to improve NGA's offer to members.

You will work closely with local partners, gathering intelligence on the local governance landscape and identifying opportunities to develop partnerships to improve governance. You will also be required to promote NGA's services, engage with local stakeholders, and contribute to the development of NGA's position statement, good governance practice, and issues of concern.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of school and trust governance in England, as well as experience in relationship management and sales. They will also be energetic, engaging, confident, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic, with a commitment to achieving targets.
