Senior Sales Director, UK Market Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our UK sales team and drive commercial growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a customer acquisition and retention strategy for the UK market
* Lead a team of commercial sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and execute the strategic plan
* Build a high-performing, self-driven, and accountable commercial sales culture
* Establish a local presence through networking, hosting webinars, and speaking at conferences
Requirements:
* Significant experience as a Commercial Sales Leader with strong knowledge of SaaS and eCommerce
* Previous experience in both Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales leadership
* Market oversight and understanding of market dynamics
* Ability to set the longer-term vision for the market and successfully develop & execute a strategy to achieve this vision
* Naturally engaging and experienced management approach to listen, inspire, and develop strong commercial sales teams
