Programmatic Media Strategist

As a Programmatic Media Strategist at Platform 195, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy and ensuring that our programmatic advertising efforts are market leading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Media Planning & Buying: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of programmatic media strategies across DV360 and other DSPs, driving performance across multiple channels and markets.
- Travel Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience managing programmatic campaigns for travel clients or related industries to expand our best-in-class programmatic network tailored for travel clients.
- Retail Media Managed Services: Deliver end-to-end programmatic solutions as a managed service to clients, taking ownership of media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, while providing strategic consultation and recommendations.
- Client Service & Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and a high standard of service. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective media strategies.
- Programmatic Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in the programmatic landscape. Maintain a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including ad tech partners, data providers, verification tools, and measurement solutions.
- Global Campaign Management: Develop and execute global campaign strategies, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring approaches to local nuances. Work closely with international teams to deliver seamless campaign experiences.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and strategy, to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic media buying, with roles such as Programmatic Account Director or Head of Programmatic, ideally within a media agency environment.
- Expertise in DSPs: Strong proficiency in DV360 is a must, along with experience across other DSPs.
- Global Campaign Experience: Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple markets, understanding the complexities and opportunities of global media buys.
- Exceptional Client Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering excellent client service, building strong client relationships, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex media strategies and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both internally and to clients.
