We are seeking an exceptional SEN Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Barnet. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists to provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this SEN Support Assistant role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2:1 Psychology related degree from a top 20 UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND is very desirable.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this SEN Support Assistant role is estimated to be £25,000 per annum (based on a 40-week contract). The school also offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
