Education Support Role:
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to work at a specialist post-16 school in Edgware. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably with experience working with students or young adults with special needs. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, as well as working one-to-one or in small groups with students who require additional support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a genuine interest in working with young people with special needs. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in maintaining an engaging and stimulating learning environment for students.
* Work one-to-one or in small groups with students who require additional support.

Requirements:
* Experience working with students or young adults with special educational needs.
* Previous experience working in a school environment.
* Passion for working with young people with special needs and other learning difficulties.
* Ability to provide an up-to-date DBS certificate.
