Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading our Private Patient Sales Advisors and providing self-pay pricing support to contribute to the successful delivery of our team's daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Private Patient Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide self-pay pricing support to patients and ensure that all sales transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
