Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and routine service of our site processes, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of site processes, equipment, and services to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Capital Investment: Recommend capital investment projects to improve site performance and production efficiency.
  • Flexible Problem-Solving: Demonstrate flexible thinking and adaptability to support production needs and resolve complex issues.
  • NPI Support: Provide support to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure smooth implementation and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HNC/HND in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Practical experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLCs and Pneumatics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced production environment.
