Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Customer Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel customer acquisition plans to attract high-quality, new-to-brand members, across digital and offline channels.
- Lead the Acquisition Team: Manage a small team of acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team is working effectively towards business objectives.
- Optimize Acquisition Budget: Own and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring investments are made wisely, within acceptable cost-per-acquisition (CPA), payback, and lifetime value (LTV) thresholds.
- Nurture Partnerships: Manage a portfolio of existing brand-to-brand, network, and affiliate partners to nurture relationships and deliver repeat business.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Continuously monitor emerging channels and new partnership opportunities to identify new sources of customers for the business.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure we're capitalizing on site visits and engaging and converting prospects.
- Results-Driven: Live and breathe the results, keeping the wider business up-to-date with performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience in Customer Acquisition: Several years' experience in customer acquisition, preferably in a D2C ecommerce brand.
- Partnerships and Sales Experience: Proven ability to negotiate and build best-in-class relationships with partners at all levels.
- Digital and Offline Channels: Experience in both digital and offline performance channels, with a strong understanding of how to optimize spend.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercially savvy and experienced in forecasting and crafting deals that payback.
- Leadership and Team Management: Confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels, with experience in leading and managing a team.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytically minded, with a strong understanding of how to measure and optimize customer acquisition performance.
- Competitive Salary and Commission Structure: A competitive salary and commission structure, with opportunities for growth and career progression.
- Hybrid Working: A dynamic working environment with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
