As a Senior Data Centre Leader at Kenton Black Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategy and driving business growth. With a focus on cost or project management, you will lead and manage large Data Centre accounts, developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive company growth, leveraging your expertise in account management and relationship building.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Centre management, with a proven track record of account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Salary & Incentives
